Job Description – Supervisor
Position: Supervisor
Location: Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales
Gender: Male
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the sales team at the assigned location.
Handle customer interaction and understand their requirements.
Guide the team in achieving sales targets.
Explain products/services and ensure proper customer follow-up.
Monitor daily sales activities and prepare reports.
Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and requirements.
Ensure proper execution of customer bookings and payments.
Maintain good customer relationships and support the team in closing sales.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
Presentable and professional personality.
4-wheeler driving is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
