Job Description

Position: Student Support Team (SST)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students throughout the admission and application process.
Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Collect, verify, and organize student documents.
Coordinate with counsellors and the operations team for application processing.
Update student records and maintain the CRM accurately.
Address basic student queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Support counselling sessions, seminars, and education events.
Ensure timely communication with students regarding application and visa updates.

Key Skills:

Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Operations Team
