Student Counsellor

We are looking for an experienced Student Counsellor for European Countries to guide students aspiring to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate programs abroad.

If you have 1–3 years of experience in international education counselling and a strong understanding of European countries and university admissions, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding undergraduate and postgraduate study opportunities in the European Countries, such as Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Spain, France, Netherlands, Latvia, Poland etc.

• Assess academic profiles, career goals, and eligibility to recommend and assist students with university applications, documentation, interview prep, and visa support.

• Provide accurate information on admission requirements, tuition fees, application deadlines, and English-language proficiency requirements.

• Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-ups and convert qualified leads into applications and admissions.

• Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travelling done within deadlines.

• Participate in webinars, events, and outreach activities.

• Communicate with students and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.

• Stay updated on international education and visa policies.

• Achieve individual and team counselling and admission conversion targets.

• Help students with every detail from registration to fly to the host country.

• Assisting with activities to promote Universities represented by the Company.

• Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents.

• Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager.

Required Skills

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in international education counselling or overseas education consulting.

• Strong knowledge of European universities, courses, and admission procedures.

• Understanding of academic eligibility, application documentation, and English-language proficiency requirements.

• Strong counselling, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.

• Experience in lead management, student follow-ups, and admission conversions.

• Should be Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
