Team Leadership: Hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and motivating staff to ensure high productivity and excellent customer service.
Operational Excellence:
Managing daily opening/closing, maintaining store cleanliness, and handling cash management/bank deposits
Inventory & Stock Control: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and conducting regular audits to prevent shrinkage.
Customer Experience: Resolving complaints, handling feedback, and ensuring a welcoming, compliant, and safe shopping environment
