Job Description

We are hiring an E-commerce Executive for Great Outdoors to manage online product listings, Shopify inventory, purchase entries, order processing, shipment coordination, return/refund updates, and all related e-commerce records. This is a key operational role responsible for keeping product, inventory, sales, dispatch, return, and financial records accurate across Shopify and other e-commerce platforms. The role covers the complete order and inventory workflow up to the actual physical packaging stage. Physical packing and handover may be done by another team member, but the E-commerce Executive must ensure that every order is correctly processed, documented, invoiced, labelled, dispatched, tracked, and updated in the system.
