- About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Channel Partner Sourcing Manager to lead and strengthen our channel partner network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate associations while leading a team of sourcing executives to drive business growth through the channel sales ecosystem.
This is a leadership role that requires excellent networking skills, strategic planning, and the ability to build long-term partnerships that contribute to the organization's sales objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, expand, and strengthen the company's network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the Sourcing Executive team to ensure business targets and productivity goals are achieved.
• Plan and allocate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for sourcing executives to ensure effective market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prime channel partners and key brokers across assigned territories.
• Plan and conduct monthly and fortnightly meetings with association heads, broker associations, and prime channel partners to strengthen engagement and generate business opportunities.
• Understand channel partner requirements, resolve their concerns, and present key feedback and business opportunities to the management team.
• Review channel partner data sheets, analyze sourcing trends, and plan regular visits from channel partners to drive engagement and conversions.
• Develop area-wise sourcing strategies in collaboration with prime channel partners to maximize lead generation and business growth.
• Organize and manage channel partner meets, broker networking events, project presentations, and engagement programs.
• Oversee the timely verification, coordination, and processing of channel partner brokerage and incentive bills.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Management teams to ensure channel partners receive timely project updates, inventory details, pricing, and marketing support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging broker networks to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare MIS reports, track sourcing performance, review team productivity, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, channel partner agreements, and internal processes while maintaining accurate partner records.
- What We're Looking For?
We are seeking a professional with 5–8 years of experience in channel sales, sourcing, or broker management within the real estate industry. Prior experience in leading sourcing teams and managing a large network of channel partners is essential.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership, relationship management, communication, negotiation, and planning skills. Strong analytical abilities, business acumen, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications will be an added advantage.
