Job Title: Solar Sales Manager – EPC (Male Only)

Location: Karnal
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years
Working Mode: Remote (within Haryana)
Age Criteria: 25 – 40 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads for Solar EPC projects (rooftop & ground-mounted)
Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
Understand client requirements and propose suitable EPC solutions
Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
Promote EPC services across Haryana

Key Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in Solar EPC sales
Strong knowledge of solar systems, EPC model, and pricing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Willing to travel across Haryana
Male candidates only

Preferred Skills:

Experience in rooftop/commercial solar EPC projects
Strong local network in Karnal and nearby areas
Target-driven and self-motivated
