Site Executive

Job Summary:

The Site Executive is responsible for handling walk-in customers at the project site, explaining plot details, conducting site visits, and converting leads into sales. The role focuses on customer interaction, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and leads at the site

• Explain project details (plot size, pricing, location benefits, approvals, etc.)

• Conduct site visits and show available plots to customers

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Follow up with interested leads to close sales

• Maintain customer database and update CRM/reporting sheets

• Coordinate with sales team and management for closures

• Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets

• Assist customers with booking and documentation process

• Build strong customer relationships for referrals

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Sales and negotiation ability

• Basic knowledge of real estate/plot sales (preferred)

• Customer handling and relationship management

• Target-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

• Any graduate

• 0–3 years experience in real estate sales / field sales

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in plot sales / land sales

• Local language fluency (Tamil + basic English)

• Knowledge of approvals (basic understanding)

Work Environment:

• Site-based role (must be present at project location)

• Require weekend working (peak customer visits)

Salary Structure (Typical for Chennai Market):

• Fixed salary + attractive incentives
