Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Showroom Sales Executive cum Receptionist to create a welcoming environment for visitors and drive sales by assisting customers with their needs. The ideal candidate will balance front-desk responsibilities with active sales efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a courteous and professional manner.

Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective buyers.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in visitors effectively.

Maintain a record of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer service standards.

Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and managing billing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or front-desk roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor.

Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement.

Familiarity with MS Office and similar software.

High school diploma; higher education in sales or hospitality is a plus.
