We’re looking for a passionate, experienced [Position Title] to contribute to our next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with our leadership—co‑founders Karan and Kanav Gupta, CTO Mukesh Gupta, CFO Sanjay Gupta, and CBO Nehal Gupta—to drive technological excellence, operational scale, or market outreach.


āœ… Key Responsibilities

  • Lead [department/function] to enhance performance and growth across EV‑CO’s product lines (cargo scooters, e‑rickshaws, loaders).

  • Collaborate with R&D (e.g., IIT Delhi Motor Controller team) to innovate EV systems and new IoT features .

  • Partner with in‑house financing and dealer network teams to optimise pricing, leasing, and financing offerings.

  • Ensure product compliance, quality, and service across regions served (6 states, 60+ dealers).

  • Contribute to strategic planning, performance metrics, market rollout, and customer feedback integration.


🧩 Ideal Candidate

  • Education: Business, or relevant fields.

  • Experience: 5+ years in EV or automotive industry, ideally in cargo/passenger EVs, powertrain systems, IoT-enabled vehicles, or auto financing.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with EV powertrain, battery systems, motor controllers, IoT stacks, and vehicle connectivity.

  • Leadership & Communication: Proven team leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor/dealer engagement.

  • Values-aligned: Committed to sustainability, innovation, and customer empowerment.
