Job Opening: Service Advisor (Automobile)

We are hiring experienced Service Advisors to join our automobile service center and ensure smooth service operations along with excellent customer satisfaction.

Ludhiana, Punjab – 141003
Experience Required:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in automobile service center

Education Qualification:

• Graduation / Diploma / B.Tech (Automobile or relevant field preferred)

Candidate Requirement:

• Male candidate required

• Strong customer-handling skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements

• Prepare accurate job cards and explain service estimates clearly

• Coordinate between customers, technicians, and workshop staff

• Ensure timely service completion and regular follow-ups with customers

• Monitor vehicle status and ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time)

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction

• Coordinate spare parts availability with the parts department

• Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery

• Maintain proper service records and update details in DMS/software

• Support billing, invoicing, and vehicle delivery process

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent customer handling & service coordination

• Job card preparation and service follow-ups

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Service-oriented and problem-solving attitude

• Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and service processes
