Job Opening: Service Advisor (Automobile)

We are hiring experienced Service Advisors to join our automobile service center and ensure smooth service operations along with excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Service Advisor

Experience Required:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in automobile service center

Education Qualification:

Graduation / Diploma / B.Tech (Automobile or relevant field preferred)

Candidate Requirement:

Male candidate required
Strong customer-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements
Prepare accurate job cards and explain service estimates clearly
Coordinate between customers, technicians, and workshop staff
Ensure timely service completion and regular follow-ups with customers
Monitor vehicle status and ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time)
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate spare parts availability with the parts department
Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
Maintain proper service records and update details in DMS/software
Support billing, invoicing, and vehicle delivery process

Key Skills Required:

Excellent customer handling & service coordination
Job card preparation and service follow-ups
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented and problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and service processes
