About Us

We are a Jaipur-based fine jewelry brand specializing in handmade gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry, selling globally through platforms like Etsy, 1stDibs, Shopify, and other online marketplaces. We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Jewelry Listing Executive who can handle product uploads, descriptions, and digital catalog management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on online platforms (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon Handmade, etc.).

• Write accurate and attractive product titles and descriptions optimized for SEO.

• Upload high-quality images/videos and ensure proper formatting.

• Enter product details such as price, size, weight, materials, and customization options.

• Update inventory status and monitor product visibility.

• Research and implement keywords, tags, and categories to improve search ranking.

• Coordinate with the design and photography teams for content.

• Regularly audit listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.

• Strong English writing skills (for product descriptions).

• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets for managing inventory.

• Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, etc.) preferred.

• Knowledge of SEO/keywords is a plus.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate in any field (Commerce/Arts preferred).

• Prior experience in online product listing is mandatory.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
