We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to contact potential and existing customers by phone, promote products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Make outbound and/or handle inbound sales calls to prospective customers
Present, promote, and sell products or services using scripted and unscripted conversations
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
Follow up on leads and previous customers to generate repeat business
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and market insights
Comply with company policies and telemarketing regulations
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
