We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales / Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and meet performance benchmarks.
• Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients in CRM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Provide feedback from customers to the management team for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office/CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• High level of patience and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
