Senior Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales, promote products or services, and build customer relationships. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database or leads.

Promote and sell products/services to customers over the phone.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.

Record all customer interactions and sales information accurately in the CRM system.

Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software is required.
