Senior Telesales Executive

• Process Oversight:

  Monitor end-to-end operational processes, ensuring they are efficient and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs). 

• Coordination:

  Act as a liaison between various internal departments, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and transactions. 

• Data Management:

  Collect, compile, and analyze data from different departments to generate reports on performance, trends, and potential issues. 

• Resource & Inventory Management:

  Oversee inventory levels, coordinate logistics, manage operational resources, and control costs to optimize efficiency. 

• Problem-Solving & Improvement:

  Identify inefficiencies, conflicts, or risks within operational processes and propose solutions to enhance workflow, turnaround time, and resource utilization. 

• Compliance & Documentation:

  Maintain essential records, such as purchase orders, vendor agreements, compliance logs, and quality control documentation. 

• Team & Training Support:

  Allocate tasks, coordinate schedules, ensure teams meet deliverables, and help with the development of training programs to improve workforce skills and morale. 

• Quality Control:

  Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the operational processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
