Senior Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.

• Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends.

• Set sales targets and create plans to achieve or exceed them.

🔹 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

🔹 Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Guide and support junior sales staff or team members.

• Share best practices, provide training, and help improve overall team performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align strategies and improve outcomes.

🔹 Sales Execution

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations.

• Close sales and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

🔹 Reporting & Analysis

• Track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare detailed reports for management.

• Provide insights and suggestions to improve products/services based on customer feedback.

• Forecast sales and monitor competitor activity in the market.

🔹 CRM & Documentation

• Maintain updated client records using CRM software.

• Ensure timely documentation of contracts, proposals, and follow-up reports.
