Job Overview:
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive our business growth across institutional and student markets. This role requires a mix of consultative selling, relationship-building, and lead conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B (Institutions, Schools, Coaching Centers):
• Promote our consultancy, franchising, and teacher training services to schools and educational institutions.
• Develop relationships with school owners, principals, and decision-makers.
• Identify franchise leads for expanding our educational models.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and workshops at institutions.
• Close deals and onboard institutions to JR Welkin’s solutions.
• Attend student fairs, Franchisee Fair, workshops, and seminars to represent the brand.
B2C (Parents, Students):
• Counsel students and parents about career planning, courses, and academic support.
• Promote student-focused services (Online / Offline - Abacus, Yoga, Music Classes).
• Generate and convert leads from field visits, digital inquiries, and events.
• Attend student fairs, workshops, and seminars to represent the brand.
General:
• Meet monthly sales and outreach targets.
• Maintain CRM entries, reports, and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for campaigns and service delivery.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Confidence in public speaking and institutional sales
• Knowledge of education sector trends (schools, training, counseling)
• Target-driven with a persuasive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle both field work and office-based tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business
