Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM/software.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional language (depending on business needs).
