Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM/software.

  • Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.

  • Ability to handle rejections positively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional language (depending on business needs).
