Senior Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Sales coordinator) to drive sales of eyeglasses and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to engage with customers effectively & be responsible for conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting our range of eyeglasses & brand.

•Educate customers about product features, benefits, and offers to drive conversions.

•Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

•Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

•Address customer queries professionally and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.

•Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for increasing brand Visibility.

Onboarding and sales through other websites like-getsetspecs.com, reachoptic, specti, lensis, etc.

Export market to be explored.

Government tenders to be applied.

Good in writing emails & pitching for sales in multi brand outlets.

Do callings to hospitals for sales.

Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of telesales or customer service experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or eyewear.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.

• Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
