Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients (corporates, startups, retail brands) to promote available commercial properties for lease.

  • Understand client requirements and share relevant property options.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with client information and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate site visits between leasing managers and clients.

  • Handle inbound queries from portals like 99acres, Magic Bricks, etc.

  • Follow up with leads until closure or escalation to sales managers.

  • Share brochures, property details, and basic commercials with interested clients.

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly leasing targets.
