The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy talking to people and can clearly explain course benefits and career opportunities.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to leads generated through advertisements, social media, websites, and referrals and cold calls• Handle inbound calls and student enquiries professionally• Explain course details, duration, and career prospects in Animation & VFX• Schedule walk-ins, counseling appointments, and follow-up calls• Maintain proper call records, enquiry details, and follow-up status• Coordinate with Academic Counselors and Admissions team for conversions• Achieve daily/weekly calling and walk-in targets• Maintain a polite, positive, and student-friendly approach at all times________________________________________Desired Skills & Qualifications• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or education sector preferred• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome• Good verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi language• Ability to convince and handle objections calmly• Basic computer knowledge (Excel)• Target-oriented and self-motivated________________________________________What We Offer• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives• Training on courses and counseling process• Friendly and professional work environment• Career growth into Counseling / Admissions roles
