Job Title: Senior Telecaller – Telesales (Working Capital)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller to handle telesales activities for working capital and business loan products. The role involves lead generation, client onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with SME/MSME clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound telesales calls for working capital solutions
Generate and qualify leads from provided databases and self-sourcing
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process clearly to clients
Coordinate with sales/credit teams for smooth client onboarding
Follow up with prospects to ensure closure of cases
Maintain accurate call reports, lead status, and MIS
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Mentor junior telecallers and support team performance
Eligibility & Skills:
1–5 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (finance preferred)
Good knowledge of working capital, business loans, or MSME lending
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals over calls
Comfortable with CRM and basic MIS reporting
Preferred Candidate:
Background from Bank / NBFC / Fintech
