✅ Experience : Minimum 1 Year Sales with Field visit (FMCG, BFSI, Telecom Etc..)

• Recruit, train, and activate life insurance advisors/agents

• Motivate and guide them to sell Life products to customers

• Help agents achieve their monthly & annual sales targets

• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

• Monitor field activity and ensure agent productivity

• Build a strong long-term sales team for sustainable performance

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
