About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive both Domestic and International Sales for our FMCG product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, distributor management, export business development, and market expansion strategies. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, developing channel partners, and achieving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Domestic Sales
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across India.
Appoint, manage, and expand distributor, dealer, and retail networks.
Identify and onboard new clients, modern trade partners, and institutional buyers.
Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
International Sales
Identify and develop new export markets for FMCG products.
Generate leads through international trade platforms, exhibitions, and networking.
Build relationships with importers, distributors, and international buyers.
Handle export documentation, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and regulatory teams for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export requirements.
Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, and international business communications.
Participate in international trade fairs and business development activities.
Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop market penetration strategies for new territories.
Conduct product presentations and business meetings with potential clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline management.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or related field.
MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
Minimum 4–8 years of experience in FMCG sales and business development.
Proven experience in handling both Domestic and Export Sales.
Strong understanding of distributor management and channel sales.
Experience in food products, sweeteners, health & wellness products, or nutraceuticals will be an added advantage.
