Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Monday
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Requirements

• Graduation mandatory.
• Prior experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Good knowledge of Gurugram’s real estate projects and micro-markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct property presentations, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Knowledge of current project offerings, inventory, and pricing will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving licence mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle property enquiries and identify clients’ requirements.
• Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Maintain updated knowledge of projects, pricing, inventory, and market trends.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Coordinate with developers and channel partners for bookings and documentation.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve individual sales targets.
