Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional from the construction materials or concrete products industry who can expand our market presence across Haryana and Delhi NCR.
The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, contractor and builder connections, and the ability to generate consistent business in products such as paver blocks, interlocking tiles, kerb stones, and concrete blocks.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales for interlocking tiles, kerb stones, paver blocks, and concrete blocks.
Develop and maintain relationships with:
Builders
Contractors
Architects
Government contractors
Infrastructure companies
Dealers and distributors
Identify new business opportunities in Haryana and Delhi NCR.
Conduct regular site visits and client meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle negotiations, quotations, and order closures.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
Expand dealer/distributor network in assigned territories.
Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in:
Concrete products
Paver blocks
Building materials
Cement products
Construction material sales
Strong network in Haryana and Delhi NCR construction market.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in field sales.
Knowledge of infrastructure and real estate markets preferred.
Experience dealing with contractors and project-based sales is highly desirable.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
MBA/Marketing background will be an added advantage.
