We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Engineer to lead business development and revenue growth for our solar projects division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-value leads, closing projects, and building long-term client relationships across commercial and industrial segments.
Identify and develop new business opportunities (C&I / Institutional / Industrial clients)
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle commercial negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Coordinate with technical and project teams for seamless execution
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Lead and mentor junior sales executives, if applicable

Proven track record in B2B or project sales
Understanding of solar, electrical, or EPC industry preferred

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Commerce, or Management preferred)
MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
