Axis Max Life Insurance is hiring graduates for the DSF – Senior Officer role under the Bharosemand Changemaker Program.
The selected candidates will be responsible for building and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, recommending suitable life insurance solutions, acquiring new customers, managing existing customers and contributing to business growth.
This opportunity includes structured training, mentorship and On-the-Job Training (OJT) to help candidates build a career in the insurance and financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Acquire new customers and generate business opportunities.
Understand customer financial protection and insurance requirements.
Recommend suitable life insurance products based on customer needs.
Manage existing customers and strengthen customer relationships.
Contribute towards business targets and revenue growth.
Conduct customer meetings and explain insurance solutions.
Maintain proper customer records and follow company processes.
Provide quality customer service and support.
Follow applicable compliance, KYC and company guidelines.
Eligibility
Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 50% marks in graduation.
Age: Below 25 years.
Work experience: 0–6 months.
Good command of English and local language.
Candidates must have completed their graduation; final-year students are not eligible.
