Senior Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager / Sales Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating consistent sales, achieving monthly targets, and improving overall team performance.

The candidate should be a strong communicator and motivator with a proven ability to handle sales teams, monitor daily performance, follow up with leads, and drive the team toward achieving ambitious monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, and motivate the complete sales team.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for team members.

• Ensure the team consistently works toward and achieves monthly sales targets.

• Monitor daily calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

• Identify gaps in team performance and take quick corrective action.

• Train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing.

• Personally monitor important leads and support the team in closing high-value customers.

• Develop effective sales strategies to increase conversion and revenue.

• Maintain strong follow-up systems so that potential customers are not missed.

• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management.

• Track individual salesperson performance and maintain accountability.

• Motivate underperforming team members and help them improve their results.

• Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

• Build a strong performance-driven sales culture within the team.
