Senior Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential schools, colleges, and institutes.

  • Generate leads through market research, outreach, and networking.

• Sales & Client Engagement

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops for school leaders, principals, and educators.

  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of Classess® and related products.

  • Handle objections and build trust to drive successful closures.

• Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Drive adoption across multiple pricing models (Smart Start, Premium, Direct-to-Parent).

• Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with school leaders, administrators, and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of institutions and act as a liaison with the academic/technical teams.

• Reporting & Market Insights

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM.

  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
