Job Summary

The Sales Officer – Gold Loan is responsible for sourcing new customers, promoting DBS Bank Gold Loan products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for Gold Loan business.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
Explain Gold Loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Coordinate with branch operations for smooth loan processing.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Cross-sell other banking products wherever applicable.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/MIS.

Eligibility

Education

HSC (12th Pass) / Any Graduate

Experience

Candidates with Gold Loan Sales experience preferred.
Candidates from Banking or NBFC with experience in other loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Home Loan, Vehicle Loan, etc.) can also apply.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered (subject to company policy).
