*Sales Manager – Interior Building Products*_PN Ventures, Delhi NCR_*Role Overview*PN Ventures is seeking a motivated Sales Manager with 2‑4 years of experience in the interior‑building‑products sector (furniture, wall‑coverings, flooring, etc.). The role will drive sales growth across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and the wider NCR region, manage key accounts, and support the expansion of our product portfolio.*Key Responsibilities*- *Business Development* – Identify and pursue new opportunities with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail partners.- *Sales Planning* – Set quarterly/annual sales targets, develop action plans, and track performance against budget.- *Team Leadership* – Supervise a small sales team, coach individuals, and monitor activity pipelines.- *Customer Management* – Build and maintain strong relationships, handle queries, and ensure timely order fulfillment.- *Market Insight* – Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on interior design trends to advise product development.- *Reporting* – Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for senior management.- *Negotiation & Closure* – Lead pricing discussions, negotiate contracts, and secure deals that meet margin requirements.- *Event Participation* – Represent PN Ventures at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.*Qualifications*- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field (MBA is a plus).- 2‑4 years of proven sales experience in interior‑building‑products, preferably in furniture, wall‑coverings, or flooring.- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong network within the Delhi NCR interior design and construction community is highly desirable.*Core Skills*- Sales strategy and execution- Relationship building & stakeholder management- Negotiation and contract handling- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Suite- Excellent communication in English (knowledge of Hindi is advantageous)- Analytical ability to interpret market data and adjust tactics.*Compensation*- Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and capability (base + performance‑based incentives).- Additional benefits include travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, and standard corporate perks.*Application Process*Interested candidates should send their résumé and a brief cover letter outlining relevant achievements to gunjan@pnventures.com with the subject line “Sales Manager – Interior Products – Delhi NCR”.PN Ventures is an equal‑opportunity employer.
