Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end export operations (documentation, shipment, compliance)
Coordinate with international clients and vendors
Manage export orders, tracking, and timely delivery
Ensure adherence to export regulations and policies
Work closely with production and backend teams
Maintain records, reports, and communication logs
Actively generate new export/business leads through:
Convert leads into business opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in export/import operations
Proven experience in business development / lead generation
Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to independently handle international clients
Experience in textile/garment export is an added advantage
