Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Study Abroad Counsellor – Sales with strong knowledge of abroad like, UK and Canada etc, study pathways. The role involves guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, driving conversions, and ensuring a smooth admission journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students regarding MBBS and overseas education opportunities in the Russia, Georgia, Bosnia, Kazakshtan, Uzbekistan, China and many more countries
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and career pathways
• Handle leads via calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
• Convert inquiries into successful applications and enrollments
• Assist students with admission processes, documentation, and basic visa guidance
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and conduct timely follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of all countries and their systems and intakes
• Sales-driven mindset with convincing ability
• Ability to handle objections and close admissions
• Basic understanding of application and documentation processes
• Comfortable using CRM / lead management systems
