Senior Counsellor

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Counsellor to guide students in making informed career decisions. The role involves student counselling, conversion, team coordination, and process improvement to enhance overall counselling effectiveness and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide career counselling and guidance to students

Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs

Handle end-to-end counselling process from lead generation to conversion

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents

Monitor and improve conversion ratios and counselling performance metrics

Support and mentor junior counsellors/team members

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead flow and campaign execution

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Stay updated with education trends, exams, and career opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred or pursuing)

2+ years of experience in counselling, sales, or education sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of career paths, entrance exams, and education systems

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
