Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (Inside B2B Sales)

Location: Indore (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and lead generation.
Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable business solutions.
Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate with clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside B2B Sales / Business Development.
Graduation is mandatory (Candidates currently pursuing graduation are not eligible).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closing.
Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
