Take complete ownership of inbound booking inquiries coming through the website.
Engage with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand event requirements, artist preferences, budgets, and timelines.
Proactively follow up with clients and maintain a high-touch approach to close leads.
Pitch the most relevant artists based on client preferences and event brief.
Handle negotiations and guide the client through the booking and payment process.
Liaise with artist managers to check availability, pricing, and logistics.
Maintain CRM hygiene by regularly updating the lead status, notes, and conversion funnel.
2–4 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, client servicing, or event management.
Proven experience in high-ticket value sales or consultative selling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable speaking to CXOs, brides, families, and marketing teams alike.
A natural hustler—someone proactive, persuasive, and driven by outcomes.
Comfortable working with CRMs (like Pipedrive), spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
Background in media/entertainment/event-tech will be a plus.
