Blaze Sales and Service India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and self-motivated fresh graduates for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee – Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in industrial sales, particularly within the oil & gas sector, with structured training, real-time exposure, and performance-based career progression.
Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the industrial and oil & gas sector.
Learn and support the sales cycle from lead generation to closure under the guidance of senior sales engineers.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable mechanical solutions and product offerings.
Interpret basic mechanical drawings and specifications to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports, and client databases.
Attend virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and client discussions during US working hours.
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (2024-2025 pass-outs preferred)
Experience: 0–0 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a US shift environment
Eagerness to learn and grow in industrial/B2B sales
Basic understanding of mechanical components and technical drawings is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Self-driven, proactive, and ready to take on customer-facing responsibilities
