Key Responsibilities:
Customer Counseling: Call potential/existing customers, analyze their health issues, and suggest suitable Ayurvedic remedies.
Sales Closure: Explain product benefits, handle objections, and convert leads into sales.
Follow-ups: Perform regular follow-ups to encourage purchases and ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Maintenance: Accurately log customer details, queries, and sales data in a CRM or Excel.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Ayurveda to answer queries effectively.
Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass, with Graduates preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages; persuasive and sales-driven attitude.
Experience: 1–4+ years; experience in Ayurvedic medicine sales is a plus, but freshers are often accepted.
Tools: Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel/CRM.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: Generally ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month, heavily dependent on experience and performance.
