Job Description: Tele Sales ExecutivePosition Overview:We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into successful sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and accurately.Generate leads and follow up on inquiries through calls, messages, or emails.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM or Excel.Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.Collect feedback from customers and share market insights with the team.Eligibility and Skills:Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any stream.Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language knowledge is an advantage.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Ability to work with targets and under pressure.Basic knowledge of computers, CRM software, and MS Excel.Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.Work Conditions:Work from office or remote depending on company policy.6 days working with rotational or fixed shifts.Performance-based incentives in addition to salary.Salary and Benefits:Fixed salary plus attractive incentives.Training and growth opportunities.Friendly and supportive work environment.
