Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele-caller to join our team. The role involves handling

outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in lead generation and

conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.

 Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.

 Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.

 Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details.

 Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.

 Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

Requirements:

 Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

 Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

 Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and willingness to achieve targets.

 Prior tele-calling or sales experience will be an advantage.
