Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our real estate

sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential buyers,

explaining property details, and generating qualified leads for site visits and sales

closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Explain property details, project specifications, and investment benefits to

clients.

• Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure attendance.

• Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with regular follow-ups.

• Build repport with clients to convert inquiries into qualified leads.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handling and closures.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits.

• Handle client objections professionally and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (real

estate background preferred).

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in Hindi & English (regional

language is a plus).

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
