Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, qualify leads, and support the sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from potential customers
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information
Explain property features, pricing, offers, and payment plans
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Ensure timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA / BBA (Marketing preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Confident on calls with a customer-friendly approach
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Willingness to learn real estate sales processes
Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling is an added advantage
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
