Key Responsibilities
Call customers from the existing company database.
Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture and convert them.
Update call records, customer feedback, and follow-up status in the system.
Schedule callbacks, meetings, and demonstrations as required.
Achieve follow-up and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
