Sales Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from provided leads or databases.

• Explain features and benefits of Pure Ionia products in a clear and convincing manner.

• Answer inquiries and resolve initial concerns regarding product specifications, pricing, and benefits.

• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.

• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.

• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

• Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives over the phone.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers may apply).

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is a plus.

• Confidence, persuasion, and patience are key traits.

• Prior experience in health/wellness, water purifiers, or consumer durables is a bonus.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
