Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.Understand customer needs and provide relevant product details to generate interest.Follow up with leads, maintain call records, and update CRM regularly.Handle customer queries politely and professionally.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.Requirements:Female candidates preferred.Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.Ability to handle calls with confidence and clarity.Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in tele-calling/tele-sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain data.Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under targets.
