Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused "Telecaller "to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls 7 Inbound calls to potential customers, explain the company’s products/services, and generate leads or sales. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Explain products or services to potential customers and handle queries.

• Generate leads & Generate Walkins.

• Maintain call logs and update customer records in the database.

• Follow up with customers for feedback and inquiries.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate.

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
