Sales Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

·       Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of Electrigo’s Electric Scooties.

·       Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and persuasion.

·       Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.

·       Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

·       Support customers through the entire purchase process and coordinate with the sales and delivery teams.

·       Provide feedback from customers to help improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Salary and Incentives

·       Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month

·       On sale of 100 Scooties: ₹10,000 incentive

·       On sale of 200 Scooties: ₹20,000 incentive

On sale of 300 Scooties: ₹30,000 incentive
