Job Description

Sales Telecaller (Female)

Location- Faridabad, Sec-28

Experience- 1-2 yrs

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.

Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.

Responsible for taking customer orders and ensuring timely order closure.

Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication.

Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the manager.

Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
